Deskpro Professional - On-premise

Deskpro is a helpdesk product allowing SMEs to more efficiently manage their customer service communication. Deskpro supports multiple channels allowing help tickets to be created via email, contact form, phone call and live chat. Deskpro has an easy to use Admin interface to easily build rules making managing communication as easy as possible, without the need for IT resources, making it a great solution for SMEs. The Deskpro product also includes a CRM for managing customers, Tasks for project management and a fully customisable Help Centre portal to provide content for their users.
